Pickup

You can pickup your items from our shop at no charge. We are located in Rockland, Ontario. A team member will contact you 7 days before your event to schedule a pickup time. All items must be picked up at once.

Delivery

Would you like to have your items delivered? You can choose from our different delivery options:

Standard Delivery (Two way delivery & pickup): We will deliver your items in your driveway, front yard or garage. Your items will be delivered on the morning of your requested date or the day before. Pricing is $3 per KM (Minimum $90). To Calculate pricing, we calculate distance from Rockland, Ontario to your address.

Custom Delivery (Two way delivery & pickup): Need your items delivered in a specific area such as inside a building, in a backyard, up or down stairs, up an elevator or in a downtown area with no parking. Select “Custom Delivery” at checkout and one of our team members will be in touch to prepare a custom quote.

Exact Time Delivery: Need your items delivered and picked up at an exact time? Our Exact Time Delivery fee is $175 in addition to the Standard or Custom delivery fee.
