We recommend booking your pole tent as soon as possible to secure your preferred date. Please note that we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice to coordinate with utility companies and ensure a safe and proper setup.

No. Pole tents must be installed by trained staff. The  setup and takedown of the pole tent is included in the price.

Our team will contact you in the weeks leading up to your event to confirm setup and takedown dates. The tent is usually setup 1-3 days before your event. and takedown occurs 1-3 after. Contact us if you have specific time windows you require our team on site. Additional charges may apply.

Yes. We can install the pole tent on asphalt but we will have to drive stakes to secured the tent. The holes can then be repaired with asphalt plugs. A pole tent cannot be secured using concrete weights

Pole Tents need at a minimum 5–7 feet of clear space around the tent to allow for safe installation, anchoring, and walkways. This ensures our team can set up your pole tent safely and efficiently.

We do not normally perform site inspections. It is the customers responsibility to measure the area and make sure there is no obstructions. Contact us if you need assistance.
